SAVONA AT HAMMOCK DUNES CONDOMINIUM

Savona Condominium provides the ultimate in casual seaside living on Florida's Atlantic coast. It was completed in April 2004 by WCI, renowned developer of more than 40 luxury Florida high-rise towers. Savona is ideally located, being, on the one hand, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, and, on the other hand, within walking distance of the Hammock Dunes Clubhouse, the Tom Fazio Links Golf Course, a golf practice area, and two professional six-wicket croquet courts.

Savona offers an intimate feeling with just 35 residences that range in size from 2,150 sq. ft. to 2,950 sq. ft. Each unit offers panoramic views and richly appointed interiors with upgraded kitchen appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, large master bedroom suites with walk-in closets, jetted bathtubs and separate walk-in showers, and high-efficiency heating and air conditioning systems.

Savona epitomizes graceful living at Hammock Dunes. Residences of Savona are Porto Mar members with access to many of the amenities at the adjacent Portofino condominium, including a resort-style swimming pool, heated jetted spa, private cabanas, gazebo bar with granite counter tops, bar sink, grills, a fitness center, sauna and shower facilities, a social room, a billiard room, and a theater room. The social room offers a large bar area and a fully equipped catering kitchen, and can accommodate up to 100 people. Savona projects an intimate feeling as soon as you enter, with an open air foyer, fountain, and meticulously appointed garden. It is one of the few buildings that offers an open air breezeway from the elevators to each of the units and provides views of the Hammock Dunes Links Course and portions of the Hammock Dunes community. Maintenance and operation of Savona is the responsibility of a five-person board assisted by a full time building/maintenance manager. The staff ensures that the surrounding walkways and landscape are impeccably maintained and the building areas remain sparkling clean. The Porto Mar Association is the responsibility of a separate board of five members that consists of owners from both Savona and Portofino. There is a separately appointed maintenance manager for Porto Mar who also works to insure that the surrounding walkways, landscaping, pool, social room, and other common areas are kept to the same standards as Savona. The yearly operating budget is carefully managed to ensure that replacement reserves are adequately maintained.
