SAVONA AT HAMMOCK DUNES CONDOMINIUM
Savona Condominium provides the ultimate in casual seaside living on Florida's
Atlantic coast. It was completed in April 2004 by WCI, renowned developer of more
than 40 luxury Florida high-rise towers. Savona is ideally located, being, on the
one hand, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, and, on the other hand, within walking
distance of the Hammock Dunes Clubhouse, the Tom Fazio Links Golf Course, a golf
practice area, and two professional six-wicket croquet

and operation of Savona is the responsibility of a five-person board assisted by a
full time building/maintenance manager. The staff ensures that the surrounding

sparkling clean. The Porto Mar Association is the responsibility of a separate board
of five members that consists of owners from both Savona and Portofino. There is a
separately appointed maintenance manager for Porto Mar who also works to insure that
the surrounding walkways, landscaping, pool, social room, and other common areas are
kept to the same standards as Savona. The yearly operating budget is carefully
managed to ensure that replacement reserves are adequately maintained.
