5/12/2019 - The turtles have begun nesting on our Beach. Please be aware of the marked nests and remember to stay clear. The season runs through October.
Later in the year the HDOA will invite residents to watch as the Turtle Patrol will evaluate the hatched nests that we have sponsored. There is always a chance to see a late hatch turtle or two...
Enjoy the beach and respect the dunes and the turtle nests!
