Hurricane Matthew Town Hall
11/14/2016 - The Town Hall lead by HDOA President George DeGovanni was very well attended. The information was thorough and the concerns of the residents were addressed.
The clean-up following the Hurricane was and remains a priority for the HDOA. The Team within the Board, lead by David Eckert, has been working hard with all the State and Local agencies to keep the Dune Restoration and Beach Walkover projects moving forward.
As a community we were very fortunate that our Dune did it's job and protected our properties from any flooding or major damage. To that end, we must repair the Dune in advance of the next Hurricane season to insure the safety of the community.
