Grande Provence Condominium comprises two phases: La Grande I was completed in 1992
and La Grande II was completed in 1996. Both of these beautiful Spanish-style
buildings have withstood the test of time and look as attractive today as they did
the day they were completed.
Building I contains 50 two and three-bedroom units, and Building II has 42 two-,
three- and four-bedroom units. All units overlook the Atlantic Ocean and some have
views of the Tom Fazio Links Course. There are ten different floor plans with sizes
ranging from 1,458 square feet to 4,902 square feet of living space, and all units
have nine-foot ceilings. There are eight floors in each building with an additional
two levels of underground parking.
The amenities at La Grande Provence are

Atlantic beach. Maintenance and operation of the condominium are the responsibility
of a five-person Board of Directors, assisted by an on-site property manager and
three full-time staff members. The yearly operating budget is carefully managed,
paying special attention to both the operating funds and replacement reserve
funds.
